Great Italians: ENZO MAJORCA

The famous Italian diver, Enzo Maiorca, was diving in the warm sea of Syracuse and talking to his daughter Rossana who was on the boat.
Ready to dive, he felt something hit his back lightly, he turned and saw a dolphin, he realized then that he didn't want to play but express something.
The animal dived and Enzo followed him. About 12 meters down, trapped in an abandoned net, there was another dolphin.
Mallorca asked his daughter to collect his diving knives. In a few minutes the two managed to free the dolphin who, at the end of his strength, managed to emerge, emitting an "almost human cry" (this is how Mallorca describes it).
A dolphin can stay underwater for up to 10 minutes, then drowns.
The freed dolphin, still stunned, was checked by Enzo, Rossana and the other dolphin. Then came the surprise: it was a dolphin, who soon gave birth to a cub.
The male surrounded them and, stopping in front of Enzo, touched his cheek (as if it were a kiss), a gesture of gratitude... and they walked away.
Enzo Maiorca ended his speech by saying: "Until man learns to respect and dialogue with the animal world, he will never be able to know his true role on this Earth" 🐬
