A historic challenge for our country's cuisine: to be recognized as a World Heritage Site.
For this reason, great chefs, great entrepreneurs and friends of Italy have been enlisted.
While the Scientific Committee meticulously draws up the Dossier for the official candidacy, the journey continues undaunted with the aim of safeguarding and enhancing our cuisine.
